Are love, emotional support, companionship, time, friendship CONSIDERATION for promise of loving always IN COURT?

SOME GIRL says her some BOY FRIEND(both live in **INDIA**) that

she loves him, she'll marry him %26amp; always love him in her whole life.

In consideration of this PROMISE of her HE gives her

1-his love

2-his time %26amp; friendship

3-his emotional support

4-his companionship

5- general guidance,advises %26amp; suggestions

But after 1 year of affair she says that it was her mistake ..she don't love him, won't love him %26amp;won't marry him.

If that man wants to SUE her; can COURT take these all things, as consideration of promise of ''loving always %26amp; marriage'' by GIRLFRIEND in India?

Can that man LEGALLY force her to continue loving ,meeting ,talking with him %26amp; to marry him because he has given above mentioned considerations in past for her promise?

What punishment (jail or fine) can be given to her by COURT of laws for BREACH OF TRUST in India?

Are love, emotional support, companionship, time, friendship CONSIDERATION for promise of loving always IN COURT?
I don't know the answer, but what an "interesting question"...I'll be keeping my eye on this one.....
Reply:I dont know the laws in india but even if you could force the woman to marry you, you could never force her to love you. actually by even trying to force her to do anything you will earn nothing but hatred, disrespect, and bitterness from her. its best just to cut your losses and let it go.
Reply:there isn't a law for that
Reply:Bull ****. In which country courts take cases where there is breach of contract when there is no material loss.
Reply:Emotions can't be in court either in India or in USA.

Emotions can't be measured. It is only the person's personal property. They (emotions) will soar and deflate but there is no tangible effect. You have a rythum, flow or time stops and there is no rythum. It's like the tides, rivers, ocean... emotions can't be contained. Even a glass of water will eventually evaporate. Let go and find a new flow.
Reply:It is a courtship and it need not be in Court Room.
Reply:You have the additional problem of the Caste system. What is the caste of the individuals involved. This will determine how much legal recourse they have.
Reply:Wow. Is the law really like that there?????? *speechless*
Reply:In India..Breach of trust is usually used in the political areas..and not on a personal level..

Anything seems to be possible women seem to have little or no rights at all..

What a jerk this guy is.. wow talk about the low of the low.. he needs to get a flipping life and find someone else..Maybe Palmula Wakerson would be better for him.. He should let the girl alone..Get over it and move on..

NO ring was given.. so no real verbal commitment was established and can be used in court of law..The only thing he could and might be able to establish.. is her paying for the meetings half of the phone bills..
Reply:Wow and I thought Indians were peaceful people.

You belong in Beverly Hills you litigious fool!
Reply:honestly why in the world where ever you are ....would you want someone to marry you that does not love you and refuses to even after she said she would? and no i realy doubt that it would make it to court at all...sorry your so in love with this person...take it as a sighn that its just not a good thing and that it saved you from alot of misery....i wish that had happened to me.. but i learned the hard way ..i got married so fast and beleived that it would last forever and he changed and now im misserable at the person he has become and so im divorcing..good luck
Reply:No.
Reply:wow india sucks
Reply:I don't know about India, but in the US you cannot sue someone for breaching a promise to marry. Even if it is legal in India, don't do it. Why would you want to be with someone who doesn't love you. You are heartbroken, but there are many other people out there that will suit you better. You will find someone who loves you as much as you love her.
