Are love, emotional support, companionship, time, friendship CONSIDERATION for promise of loving always IN COURT?

SOME GIRL says her some BOY FRIEND(both live in **INDIA**) that

she loves him, she'll marry him %26amp; always love him in her whole life.

In consideration of this PROMISE of her HE gives her

1-his love

2-his time %26amp; friendship

3-his emotional support

4-his companionship

5- general guidance,advises %26amp; suggestions

But after 1 year of affair she says that it was her mistake ..she don't love him, won't love him %26amp;won't marry him.

If that man wants to SUE her; can COURT take these all things, as consideration of promise of ''loving always %26amp; marriage'' by GIRLFRIEND in India?

Can that man LEGALLY force her to continue loving ,meeting ,talking with him %26amp; to marry him because he has given above mentioned considerations in past for her promise?

What punishment (jail or fine) can be given to her by COURT of laws for BREACH OF TRUST in India?

Are love, emotional support, companionship, time, friendship CONSIDERATION for promise of loving always IN COURT?
In India any forms of love is taboo but, this is the weirdest story I've ever read. (Reasons why it is weird) #1- How can he sue her for just not liking him? #2- In defense, the woman might say that the man is having an affair with her. By doing this the court might also charge him for BREACH OF TRUST. #3- Why do you ask this kind of question?. I think that it is too impossible to just sue somebody because of this, but since I don't live in India I don't fully understand why some things are meant to be and (possibly) this isn't the answer you're looking for.
Reply:Does anyone really want to FORCE someone to love them?

And is someone not loving you punishable by law?

If they really loved her? Why would they want to hurt her in away? If you REALLY LOVE SOMEONE you want them to be happy, even if it is without you..
Reply:Silly boy. Forget about her and move on.
Reply:I actually don't know much about this, but my guess is that court cannot do anything about it! What do you think?
Reply:as per my legal knowlege the boy cannot sue the girl because the promises made by the girl are very personal in nature and law dosent recognize such promises as they donnot result in legally enforceable contracts.....
Reply:No, its is not necessary, since love is just like a reflex action is an unborn action. The fact that is you dont love someone with your heart, you can never see reason to do so even when the petty the person for loving you sincerely. Its better not to take her to court because " you can force a sheep to river, you cant force it to drink water.
