I love him, but he loves my best friend?

I have loved him for so long...Me, one of my friends, and him, are really tight, but he loves her....She's alot prettier than me, and that's probably why. He did ask me out once but I said no because I was REALLY shy and I thought my friend liked him. I hate it when he tells me how pretty she is and how funny and smart she is.....I just can't take it. I feel like I don't have a chance. I'm really confused....She doesn't love him but he loves her...He used to love me but not anymore.....Now I love him and he loves my best friend.





I can't tell him how I feel. Please don't suggest that I do. What I need is for him to ask me out again. We talk on IM a lot, and I can call him too....How can I make him want me instead of her?

that guy is a jerk, if he truly loved u before, he shouldn't love someone who is so close to you. why continue to love him when he is someone just judging on looks? ur bestfriend might not be the only target that he is switching to. you should learn how to let go. it isn't too bad after all because there are always better guys around, and learning to let go is a stage in ur life. =) don't make yourself live a life without pride for him, if you leave him now, many people will applaud for you, tell him you are not some girl to be bent around.=)

If you have a cruel heart like me there is one thing slightly unethical that you could try. Get the boy to ask your friend out, maybe even hint to him that she likes him (never come right out and say it, just hint at it). Then after your friend shoots him down, and he will come to you feeling like a loser, this is when you comfort him and start flirting with him and he sees that you have feelings for him and remembers why he likes you.

I think that you should tell your friend how u feel about him so that she knows to stay away from him. Look you only live once and I have always said if you like someone you should always tell them because all you are doing right now is wasting time. If you tell me and he said yes i like you too then your happy you have got your man, but if he said no sorry i dont feel the same way then you know that you have to move on and stop wasting time and you will find the perfect man who feels the same way about you.


You may feel hurt for some time if he doesnt like you but if he does like you then thats great

None of you loves any of you, in the sense that you are speaking. He is attracted to her because she is (duh) attractive, and possesses some positive qualities. Same with you for him.





Just deal with it. You remind me of myself in middle school. If that's how old you are, just wait and it will get better. If you are an adult, then you need to grow up.
