i like my best guy friend and i pretty sure he likes me too. he always says i love ya then my name and i always say it back. is there a difference between i love ya and i love you. and when i was playin around and wanted him to do something i said ill love ya forever and he said i would ne way casue we say it before we leave eachother and when i said i wouldnt say it nemore he freaked and was like NOOO!! is it a budy to buddy love ya or i like you lot love ya???
Love ya or love you??
Love ya is like puppy love, which will be forgotten when you get out of school or move away from the guy...Love you is I want to get to know you better and I don't mean in a friendship way...
...and if he is just always trying something physical, he just wants to **** you...He wants a piece of ***...
Reply:There is not difference he cares and loves ya. Its just slang for I love you. Take care Heather
Reply:I love Ya = Friends I love You = Lovers
Reply:It depends on the person. Some people say love ya and it means the same to them as love you while others say love ya in a casual way and love you in a more serious way. Just talk to him about it, he's the only one who can give you a straight answer for that, good luck.
Reply:"love ya" is British "love you" is American (i think) so they are both pretty much the same and mean the same thing (again i think)
Reply:It's not official, but he likes you and even loves ya. Make it something and he will love you. You guys are very close and just kiss him on the cheek playfully and if he kisses you back, then it is something even more cool. If not, he will still like you. You are in a love ya stage.
Reply:Ask him out because he loves you or loves ya if you prefer.
Reply:listen you guys got a thing going if you have feelings let him know or just ask him things like would you ever date me or do you think we can be bf and gf you will find out
Reply:love ya is more cute and casual, yes it is a bit different than "I love you"... imagine "LOVE YA!!" being thrown in some huge romantic movie. It's a small cute sign if anything. My gay friends say "love ya" or "I love you in a nonsexual way" (it's kind of funny)
Reply:Depends how he says it! Is he sincere when he says it or joking around! Him telling you he wants to hear it that means there's more to the story!
Reply:i don't know this guy so i have no idea. some guys are comfortable saying it to friends and others would only say it to someone they were romantically in love with. i don't think there's a difference between 'ya' and 'you', though.
Reply:Love ya don't mean anything big really, don't mean i love you. It's like saying i like chatting with you or your a great friend, but not my best friend.
Reply:i hate to be the bearer of bad news...but you need to realize this:
love ya ~~ buddy to buddy
love you ~~ is saying that they love you (comittment)
so when your friends says that he loves ya...well he's basically saying that he loves you as a friend...or a brother...you know...believe me i had the same thing happen to me...the guy that i liked kept sending me text messages saying that this: love ya (and then my name)...and i'd say it back...but yet he really never said it to my face...because he was also afraid that it might mean that he loved me (like a commitment)...but then he told me that he loved me after about 4 months of textmessaging...so maybe you should try to play it cool for now...and kinda hint at the fact that you like him...you know be like love you...but then you might say oops...i meant love ya...sorry and then keep doing that for a while...but you know...good relationships are very few...but there are alot of great friendships...and it sounds like you have a great one...i'd be really careful...because the guy that i liked was also my best guy friend...and i lost him after being with him for 5 months and we were like really good friends for about a year...so you see make sure that you think this through...
hope my message helped,
bye**
Reply:Depends, some people look at it then other people.
Reply:love ya to me is just a playful thing you say to a friend.
Reply:i dont know. he could be saying love ya but actually mean love you with out implying it in that way. i say love ya to my friends all the time but thats just odviously a mate thing but i don't say it to boy mates. so there may be a little spark between you, you just need to get the fire going. but who's going to start it??
