Love For God and Man?

I will honestly admit I am not looking for love.





I'm sorry but I just don't get it. How can love look for you, when you are not looking, or keeping it at bay, or just not acknowledging it? I mean if you close your eyes to it or look the other way, how can love find you.





Admit I am very stubborn and impenetrable, so it would take an act of God to do so.(I mean as far as love is concerned)





Your thoughts? So, if I love God, then does it mean if I shut out my heart to men, that I can't love God because it says to love God and your brothers? Anyone?

Love For God and Man?
I don't see how you can love God and not love mankind. God's definition of love is not the definition we commonly think of when we think of love. Respecting others, helping others, forgiving and trying to understand others is a part of godly love. It doesn't mean we have to even be friends with them. You may not need people, but there are many who need your love, the kind I just said. Giving it to them honors God.
