How to love someone you dont like?

last oct me and my xbf for 1 yr broke u.. i used to love him...


here's the real question i have a new bf i can say he really loved me he sacrifice everything, he waited for me to love him, he is really nice for sure if we will goin to break probably its my fault the problem is i really dont love him, he's not even special for me or something but the sweet part is he knew that i dont love him but he's willing to wait i felt so guilty and afraid that im wont be able to love him the way he love me. i did everythin to make my self fell inlove with him but nothing really works pls help me all i wanted is to teach my self how to love if maybe u'll think that im stupid but pls dont judge me its my heart that tellin me i dont love him as a bf.

How to love someone you dont like?
You don't have to do something you don't want to do just because you feel sorry for people. If you don't love him, you don't love him; he must respect that. Always do what makes YOU happy first. You need to learn how to say "NO" to people and not feel bad by saying "NO". Otherwise, people are going to use you and walk all over you for the rest of your life.


Say something like "Thank you for the beautiful time we spent together. However, I believe that now it is the time for both of us to move on. My best wishes to you. " He should respect your choices and your wishes because that is what will make you happy.

Reply:If you don't love him you need to talk to him about that. He will be hurt by you saying this to him however he would appreciate the honesty too. The pain only gets worse the longer you avoid being honest. Let him go so that he can find somebody else who can love him the way it's supposed to be.

Reply:You should not feel guilty for not loving him. You cant help who you love. But I also think you should let your boyfriend go. If in your heart you know he is not the one for you, it is better for him to move on now rather than years later, making it harder and harder. Be fair to him and let him go.





If you are both mature enough, maybe you can have a friendship instead of an intimate relationship.

if you can then express to him, you can and will remain a friend ONLY. Let him know you are offering this to him but that he must accept this keeping in mind that he must set aside his hopes of anything more or the friendship will simply not work because in order for any friendship to work the feeling has to be mutual and there must not be expectations.
